The Credit System

DTV videos are genuinely accessible to everyone due to a high degree of flexibility in the credit tariff.

Big budget? Small budget? No budget?

The cost per credit varies according to your user numbers and their anticipated video usage. For example low volume user's cost per credit is £4.25, reducing to only £3.65 on the 'level 10' band. Prices exclude VAT.

Annual licences are available at £500 per video and are ideal for organisations that wish to offer unlimited access to their staff on a worldwide basis.

So 'pay as you go' may suit low or no budget organisations, but whatever your size SSW can help to calculate the optimum tariff for you.

Roll Out

Budgets and learning paths can be managed by a Super User account that enables other managers to also be involved in the enrolment of team members and controlling the allocation of credits.

Super Users and Managers can email users with videos that they would like them to watch. User progress can be tracked.

SSW offer a Super User service whereby customers can delegate roll out to an outsourced Account Manager if required.

Using videos

Individual user log ins enable relevant content to be presented in accordance with learning level, topic preferences and viewing history.

A range of browsing options are available to further help users locate videos and a bookmark facility marks videos for later viewing.

One credit activates a video to be streamed and viewed within a 24 hour period, and once completed, also provides access to additional learning material - the buzz bite and the downloadable learning pack*.

All video previews are available free of charge.
